Maintaining and enhancing the collaborative relationship with the leadership of 8 CFB Wing Trenton and personnel while pursuing talks with the Federal government to re-locate JTF2 at our base.
advocate for funding
Be a strong advocate for a fairer share of provincial and federal government funding that is made available for infrastructure, health care, economic development, the environment, information technology, arts and culture, etc.
support tmh
Support and advocate for Trenton Memorial Hospital, TMHF and OurTMH to ensure that TMH is here to stay. Any threat to downgrade, diminish or re-locate services is not conducive to progressive thinking and this, along with advocating for continued, creative doctor recruitment strategies, the Health Hub and new services i.e Dialysis, will strengthen provision of health care for our citizens.

Continued focus on maintaining, improving and developing our city infrastructure (water, sewer, roads, streets, ditches, lighting, parks, playgrounds, trails and bike lanes, sports fields and facilities).

Pursue both private and public options to address the shortage of quality, affordable, housing for all, nursing homes and retirement centres for seniors.

Constant upgrading of services [health, fire, police, ambulance, public works, transportation] which in turn ensures that our city is considered to be forward thinking in its approach as a leader in public safety, efficiency and accessibility.
